Seconds per Stamina recovered = 2 / (.1 * (2 + (Focus Skill / 10))) Seconds per Hit Point recovered = 2 / (.1 * (2 + (Focus Skill / 20)))
Other factors can also contribute to Stamina and Hit Point recovery rate and are generally valued in increments of 10 Focus Skill.
