Magic Resistance is an uncommon defensive skill.
Usage
Magic Resistance is a passive skill that provides reduced damage and effect against arcane spells. Being subjected to such spells triggers the skill automatically.
Formula
Grants a chance (percentage equal to skill) to reduce damage from arcane magic by (Skill / 200)%. This means at 150 magic resist skill, there would be a 100% chance to reduce spell damage by 75%
Differences from Ultima Online
- In the original Ultima Online, the Resisting Spells skill helps you lessen the severity of spells that lower your stats or ones that last for a specific duration of time as well as adding a bonus to your minimum elemental resists.
