A living force of nature, the Barbarian embodies the brutal savagery of the wilds. Relying both on brute force and hordes of followers, the barbarian excels when he and his pets can pounce on an enemy and beat them into submission. The Barbarian makes up for it's lack of defensive weapon skills with the highest possible health obtainable, making them particularly resilient against "pure" damage which would usually prove devastating to the life totals of more refined and sophisticated fighters.
Gameplay
While your pets are effective both at tanking damage for you and inflicting damage, it's important to remember that you are the hardest hitting part of your build. Sitting back and letting your pets do your work leaves a lot of damage undealt. Do not forget the potential bonuses of Pack Instinct for your pets.
Roleplay
Barbarians are uncivilized, uncouth, but by no means stupid. They can range between bombastically outspoken and silently stoic but will tend to find the wilderness more of a home than any city.
Getting Started
Early levels can easily be surmounted by a small collection of pets making quick work of the surrounding wilderness. Don't forget though that every pet counts towards the total number that your exp is distributed between. Settle on the fewest effective pets for quick leveling rather than indiscriminate hordes.
