Enchanting is a craft skill to infuse magical properties into arms and armor.
Usage
Harvesting elemental essence is accomplished by using this skill on an elemental vortex or the corpse of an elemental
- Water Elemental (Water)
- Fire Elemental (Fire)
- Earth Elemental (Earth)
- Air Elemental (Air)
- Wisp (Light)
- Dark Wisp (Dark)
- Blood Elemental (Life)
- Poison Elemental (Death)
Enchanting elemental essence is then used to add a magical trait to weapons, armor, or jewelry.
Crafting with the Bowcraft skill allows for the construction of Wands and Staves, but requires Enchantment skill.
Formula
Differences from Ultima Online
There are some parallels between Enchanting and the Imbuing skill added in the Stygian Abyss expansion.
